My room included ample space and standard amenities, SUCH as a work desk and a seating area. The bathroom had a spacious layout and included a shower-tub combination, convenient for bathing children. Soundproofing was effective. I did not hear external noise.

the reception team was very cute. the guest relations staff supported us with our travel plans and tickets. the housekeeping staff kept our room perfectly clean each day and thoughtfully arranged my daughter's toys on the bed! the staff were ALWAYS friendly and professional.
the building IS quite dated now.

dirty glassold mat
the pool's condition really bothered me! the glass surrounding it was so dirty and one section was even shattered but still there. a piece of the ceiling near the windows was chipping. the water became muddy pretty quickly during the day. the gym was small and the only mat was old with bent edges.

the hotel location allowed easy walks into the city center the air conditioning worked very well considering the august heat the staff were consistently friendly and helpful i appreciated the quiet street location for a restful night sleep. the hotel room featured a separate sink from the shower area i found this separation very useful. i also liked the spacious changing area in the bathroom it helped keep things organized. i took advantage of the incentive program i chose to skip room cleaning in exchange for a free drink.
i found the tap water taste unpleasant i think the hotel should invest in a water filtration system.

the hotel benefits from its location near many attractions it offers convenient walking access to key sites in the city public transportation is also easily accessible enabling quick commutes. the immediate area around the hotel felt safe and quiet adding to the overall positive experience.

the breakfast had a nice spread i found many choices available for both adults and children i think the selection should satisfy different palates. i especially liked the European yogurt i found at breakfast it was a great way to start the day.
